New Traveler Color Concept - Satin White Traveler

  • From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

So, welcome to the Scout Community! We encourage you to check back regularly as we plan to engage our members, share teasers, and participate in discussions. The world needs Scouts™. Let's get going.

    We are Scout Motors.
I like it! The lighting is great in this photo, and I really like the color of the lights here. I don't know why, but it just looks different from previous photos I've seen. Also the lights in the door handles. I don't think I've noticed that before, either.
The door handle lights really pop against the white. They’ve been there since reveal and the detailing is super cool but it tends to to go off noticed since they tend to take marketing photos in daylight

I’ve seen some aftermarket kits for door handle lights. Maybe someone will end up making a kit in the future.
Hope it’s an option from the accessories dept because I’d pay for those. One of my favorite details all the way back to the reveal. That and the trail guides which worst case I’ll 3-D print them and auto-glue them on

Door handle lights aren't likely going to make production. Let's see what happens there.

Yes, this is a preview of our concept offroad bumpers front and rear. They are made of metal, are modular (meaning the corners are removable and replaceable) and the front features an integrated winch. The side sills now feature concept rock sliders. We will have more photos for all of you soon.
I'm completely sold with this package. The winch integration and removal bumper ends are a fantastic addition and something I loved with my 2004 Jeep Wrangler. Truly the plan is to stick with the incredible heritage of the Scout brand with a fully focused and capable off-roader right from the factory floor. Cant wait!

Don't door handles need to have a light posted by them in some way or no and that's just a convenience package? Even if it's a small light that shines to the floor or in the recessed area behind the handle.
Agreed. Even though my Rivian has protruded handles it still helps to have them back lit in very dark areas.

However, a bright puddle light could suffice though.
