Scout Concepts in Fort Worth, Texas October 2, 2025

  • From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

So, welcome to the Scout Community! We encourage you to check back regularly as we plan to engage our members, share teasers, and participate in discussions. The world needs Scouts™. Let's get going.

    We are Scout Motors.

I do have PTO hmm 🤔
Sounds like a perfect excuse. As someone who’s seen both versions of the traveler and the original Terra and it is worth a day off if you can spare it and are interested in these vehicles. To see them in person is so much more satisfying. Thanks for sharing and posting your thoughts on the forum. Welcome to the forum

Haha I’m not sure if I got the email because of my location being noted in the forum or what but it says it’s 50 pair of tickets. Small window of time to sign up and a very quick drawing date right after. I just got the email on Friday.
Scout support just responded to me - "both the Terra and Traveler concept vehicles will be on display outside the event arena. Therefore, tickets to the event itself are not required."

So we knew that-I was hoping you were winning an up close-over the security rail-ticket. Well either way. Will be anxious to hear your feedback once you see them both in person. As others have asked as well-please take pics and share if you are willing. I’d love to see the silo green in different like angles if the position and display allow for that. Thanks again!

I’ll run interference for them 🫡

I will send $100 and try to raise the funding here in the Scout community if you streak between the vehicles and a photo of you (appropriately blurred out of course) ends up posted here on the forum. No CGI or deep fake nonsense-just you in your full glory.
And I’ll add $50 if you are on the ground getting tased by @CP1@scoutmotors

Great way to raise additional funds for your new Scout!

Looks like I didn't win, again. That's okay, I really entered because I thought I might get special access to the Scouts. I am still not sure if that is the case but it doesn't matter now. I am still going to look at them.
Maybe I will take some photos. Ha.

Well boo you didn’t win, but yay you are still going! It’s worth it to see them. Take lots of pictures and report back. I’m very curious how that Silo color looks in different lighting.

I would encourage you to reach out and ask @CP1@scoutmotors if there is a way to get a bit closer-maybe toward end of day or maybe a made up BS story that you are a forum member and you won a chance. I know if it is busy they can’t because then everyone wants to get up close. If you make the effort and reach out maybe he will make an effort-I’m told Snickers’ satisfies so may want one of those in your possession as well. Not so much a bribe as a feeding the animals deal 🤣. That info came from another SM employee who will remain unnamed and didn’t actually make the animal reference 😀. That was my sarcasm as he may or may not appreciate sarcasm and Snickers 🤣

Normally, we don't let anyone sit in on the concepts. They are hand-built and just won't handle a lot of abuse. Let's see how crowded it is and what we can do to help people get closer photos.

I get into Fort Worth tomorrow afternoon and will be at the venue most of the day on Thursday.
