We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

Idk.. but the truck looks more narrow. And the truck bed width as well. I can eyeball it. I'm guessing they are starting to go back on their word...

It's the same truck as before. It was repainted. Perhaps the larger 37"s are throwing you off? Or a trip to the eye doctor may be in order.Idk.. but the truck looks more narrow. And the truck bed width as well. I can eyeball it. I'm guessing they are starting to go back on their word...

Even if what you stated were true (which it is not), you are still looking at a prototype truck.
Scout has stated many times that final specs will be published with the production vehicle, and that things may change between now and production. Scout has never published a production spec, so it would be pretty hard to go "back on their word", as you state.
