  • From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

So, welcome to the Scout Community! We encourage you to check back regularly as we plan to engage our members, share teasers, and participate in discussions. The world needs Scouts™. Let's get going.

    We are Scout Motors.

LA Auto Show teaser image... 22" wheels.

Are these actually on the vehicle? I mean, in real life, or is this a rendering of some sort?

I don't mind the shape/design of the rims. But something about the size is doing things to my brain (hence wondering if its actually on the vehicle, or just a rendering).

And also, what size tire/wheel is that? Is that a 35in tire on a 22in wheel?

I'm wayyy more likely to go with 18-20's than I am 22's. But that might just be me.

At some point I'd love to see what is considered the "base" model wheel/tire. We've seen the vehicle with different size wheels/tires, but none of them are the 33's its supposed to come with, and I'd love to get a better mental picture of that at some point.

I'm sure its coming, I'm just ... thinking out loud :D.

I was under the impression that was the new wheel on it for the LA auto show. It’s coming up in a few weeks. I don’t think it’s a render. I’m with you. I would love to see that wheel as an 18 with a 33.

I presume that’s the legit wheel as they said it was getting new rims for LA when I was up to see it in NYC

The clouds look staged, but also theres alot of random covering from spots that i am guessing used to be graffiti. And there seems to be some type of reflection off the paint. But i cant tell if its real or not.

I don't understand the obsession with huge wheels, especially on a rugged SUV. 🤷‍♂️ Give me 18's and some sidewall and I'm a happy camper.
I agree but everyone has what they like. So if someone wants that more power to you, it’s just not for me.
I wish they would offer 17s but it’s already been stated they won’t. I just hope everyone gets what they want and that makes them happy.

Well said oh voice of reason and I agree. Now if they could just show 33's on 18" wheels so everyone can be happy!
