I would like to see Scout make some sort of partnership with Pebble or Light Ship EV campers for the full EV experience.

From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

My normal camper, a Grand Design Transcend One, doesn't care what pulls it, and it's 100% off grid.
The Honda camper looks like a great concept, but not very practical in the real world. There are too many compromises to make it look cute.
I suspect since they are luring in young camping newbies that is part of the idea. Younger 20-something’s have a much different outlook about things than a lot of us here on the forum.
I am intrigued by some of these EV campers, but at the current cost, I don’t see it ever happening for me. Just running the numbers, I could buy a 5 year old gas truck that I only use for towing and still come out ahead. Not saying I would do that, just that spending well over $100k for an EV trailer doesn’t really add up.
I do look at these and hope that as more are built, the prices come down.
