Off Road Excursions/Day Camps/Schools

  • From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

So, welcome to the Scout Community! We encourage you to check back regularly as we plan to engage our members, share teasers, and participate in discussions. The world needs Scouts™. Let's get going.

    We are Scout Motors.

I think it would be a great idea and neat way to introduce fans and potential buyers to the new Scout products by having an off road program like the Land Rover Experience or the Bronco Off Roadeo.
I was able to attend half day event at the Land Rover Experience in Carmel, CA. Beautiful scenery and a serene experience.

Great idea and something we are talking about offering at our Factory and potentially other locations down the road.

Having just experienced the factory drive-thru of the Navistar assembly plant in Springfield, OH, I would hope that any event such as this would include a similar event at the SM plant.

I did Raptor Assault in 19 & it was a one day event & highlighted the Raptors capabilities. Now it’s 2 days from what I understand and the Bronco school is also a couple days

Seems like Ford now has a Raptor yearly event for all Raptor owners

Dodge did have a 1 day Bondurant driving school when we purchased the SRT Charger and that was a blast

Some kind of Scout off road 2 day course would be a wonderful thing & then a yearly event with tour at Scout HQ

The Bronco Off Roadeo experience in Tennessee was FANTASTIC. Scout positioned as an off road vehicle should definitely do something like this. The Bronco experience is really first class. You arrive early, learn some basics and then you hit the trails in their vehicles. One seat comes with your purchase of the new Bronco and addition seats cost some. Three of us went, stayed at a local hotel. The terrain was really fun, it felt like it was almost straight down or up. Because they site was still new our guide said that one of the trails we went on had just been cut and no other groups had been on it. True? I don't know but it was a blast. The only thing missing was a muddy trail as it hadn't rained in a few days. This was an image when the guides were going over basics.

I think they definitely need to do something like that. I can’t wait!

There has been a lot of discussion about the factory delivery which I suspect will do something similar but at a lesser cost. We traded Bronco before we had the chance to do it. Had really wanted to do it

I really hope Scout Motors rolls out the first class treatment. The Ford Bronco experience is really first class, starts early in the morning, they give you coffee and snacks, some learning and then out on the trails for a few hours. Followed by a great catered lunch and then more trails and then back to base in the evening with dinner served. The other thing you could do is start an annual event at Scout Motors manufacturing headquarters. Tours of the factory, wheeling adventurers around the property, how to four wheel for the novices, new items for your Scout.
