My depth was back of second row seats to hatch door and my bad, it was 3’-7”. Apologies-I transcribed it wrong when I posted. Checked my notes again. And it was 4’-2” to the widest side to side. That came directly from Jamie. He measured since he knew I wasn’t going to be able to move the seats/fold them (not sure if they actually even technically fold

So just to verify depth is 3’7” or 43 inches and side to side is 4’2” or 50 inches. Correct?

Is that a handle on the side of the frunk lid? If so, that's nice.

I assume and hope they also have one in the front where most of us will be using it.
I had been assuming it would be electric, but having a way to close it if the electronics get confused or whatever would be good.

That was my assumption which is why I grabbed that angle/shot. Also just liked the profile of the side and the various 3-d textures

Every little detail is very well thought out and executed. It shows that they were still looking at the vintage scouts but since starting from scratch why not do it differently.

I’m hoping we can change the color of the lights. I think this amber color looks better with the TRed and the white lights look better with this color.

Okay so I had to go measure my Wrangler. It’s 36 inches deep and 43 inches wide in the cargo are. So the Traveler is a 7 inches bigger each way. Excellent.

I doubt the lights are anywhere near that Amber color. You just can’t trust the color rendering from a generic digital capture. Plus the file upload destination (ex. this forum) will apply its own algorithmic interpretation of the data in the image file. I assume all the headlight stuff will be white.

When you say inside cargo is about 4’ deep, is that to back of 2nd row? I think @J Alynn mentioned 37”, which is more like 3 feet.

I’m really curious about this one since my goal is a much better cargo situation for bigger dog kennels and traveling with dogs + gear. My RAV4 is already around the 3’ mark and just doesn’t work great for that purpose. Would be really disappointing to be increasing my overall vehicle size this much from my Rav but having minimal change to cargo depth.

When I asked the guy who made the jump from Rivian, product lead… good guy but I forget his name, said “between 3 and 4 ft… closer to 4 ft…” so take for what it’s worth. What I was more interested in was the depth if you take down the second row, which he said was around 6 ft and enough for an inflateable twin mattress for camping.

Technically they have the lights set up to be either blue-ish white or warm white. My photos aren’t showing amber it’s showing warm white. It’s like 2500-3000K vs 5000-5500K. I was told they are playing with what to do. But in the pictures I’m posting from NYC they are warm white-they just look a touch more amber in the photos. It like the old headlight color from the 80’s before xenon and LED. I still think they should have an option to add and be able to swap between the two
