  • From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

So, welcome to the Scout Community! We encourage you to check back regularly as we plan to engage our members, share teasers, and participate in discussions. The world needs Scouts™. Let's get going.

Scout Traveler and Terra Photo Collections and Wallpapers

Jay has many very expensive vehicles. I spent the day exploring and admiring them. Without getting into the details the concepts are well north of 1 million ea, hence the reason I am extremely protective of them. I treat them as one of my own children. No one has ever done concepts like this...

Believe me. I cringe sometimes seeing the way we are using these concepts. But to be honest Scouts just don’t like pavement. It is definitely slow going. It’s crazy to say, but I can hear her asking to head down the trails. Scout way…… Mariah likes to explore. CP1

Let me clarify. This is still the only Terra in existence right now. We are using these vehicles beyond what they were intended for and they are holding up quite well. Come take a look next weekend at both concepts in Denver at the Outside Festival.

    Michigan 800

Well not very good news. Finally got my 800 down state to have some body guys look at it. Everyone is saying its too far gone. Guess I didn't look at it close enough. Body crossmembers are collapsed and some of the body mount locations are non existent. :( Now on the search for a solid donor...

Saraliz, I was the guy that opened the back for you, and I apologize for not spending some time with you. We are there to not only show people the vehicle but also keep them from manhandling it. Please do not take offense to how I handled the situation. There was a lot going on during these...

USB charging ports near the dash rail system

Think they are talking about a security cam like you are seeing on Tesla's. They've been catching all the vandals on their cameras.

Work is full of practical people. Remember 61-80? Or maybe not. :) It was all about being practical. Just now we are putting a bit of flair on the vehicle. ELECTRIFIED⚡⚡

Why would you have an accessory rail with no power up there? I can't answer for production, but this area has gotten a lot of attention lately. Here is the only pic of the accessory rail I have in the Terra. Hidden in the darkness???? Maybe.

Happy Friday guys and gals. Yes Jamie is spring breaking with his family. I'm sure he will burnt to a crisp when he returns. In regard to marker lights..... Yes, they need to exist. We didn't cover them on the Show vehicles. We have models that show the placement and believe me they look sweet...
