Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

    How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

    Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy.     Sorry, I didn't read all 26 pages. About towing...how would you charge the ev tow vehicle? Most charging sites that I've seen (not looking at many because I drive an ICE 2023 Bronco) the vehicles are backed. So would you have to drop your load and then go to the charger? The only way I see...

    Yes. I received a book by WildSam organization. "Scout The America Others Pass By" Divided into sections of the US to explore. Nice. Thanks Scout Motors! I'm fairly new to the reservation family and missed out on the poster but the little book is nifty.

    Yes! This is the video I viewed yesterday that had me pose the questions to AI to see if any more details would come to light. I was glad to see Volkswagen (if true) is listed as one of the nearest to production, if not the expecting the biggest range. Thanks for sharing this.

    Wheel size options

    No Thank you for an inside tire mount. I think I had an 82 Suburban Diesel with the inside tire. A vehicle that size, it's okay but better slung underneath or hanging off the back like the Scout prototype.

    I'm for the spare tire, carrier and the gas can! I live with a Bronco and while the tailgate and spare are integrated, you still have to open the gate with the tire before you can lift the hatch open. No big deal. I like the look.

    Yes, if you are going to put the rail then access to the power should be obvious. My 23 Bronco Big Bend was a Mid package so it had some nice stuff but not the power outlet on top the dash.
