  • From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

So, welcome to the Scout Community! We encourage you to check back regularly as we plan to engage our members, share teasers, and participate in discussions. The world needs Scouts™. Let's get going.

    We are Scout Motors.

    CYURE GOES TO CHICAGO 12/10/2025

As I think about it after I just posted. To members wanting to see it, if you can deal with up to 4 hours driving-take the opportunity to see them when they aren’t at the large events. That’s cool too but it’s like seeing your favorite band. Stadium experience is great but a small venue where...

    CYURE GOES TO CHICAGO 12/10/2025

Same at NYC. Getting up close and personal is way more telling. The reveal event was amazing last year but everyone rushed to see if so hundreds of people “pushing” to get in. Coolest part was end of night (though dark) when fellow members hung out around them and Jamie was giving up close and...

Don't let the Scout become a status symbol; why $60k misses the point of the Revival

Don’t forget the tire carrier. That won’t be a cheap add 😀

I love the scouts and have been privileged to to see them twice but I can’t fathom how your husband takes that many photos. Glad he loves photography

Don't let the Scout become a status symbol; why $60k misses the point of the Revival

Yes but that doesn’t typically include things like modular bumper swaps, winches, heavy duty rock rails and the “heavy duty” features most do as aftermarket that SM will likely offer from factory so I think your range is solid from just typical dealer bells and whistles and I’ve been thinking...

Towing with an EV - Rivian R1S Style

When you say free, are saying you just pull up and connect or are you renting a camp site and using the hop-up at said spot? Just curious. As a teen I worked at a campground so I am maybe thinking something completely different

Poll- What have you Reserved... Let's get a small idea of the take rates.

You are in good company with that anxiousness 😀

    Google Gemini AI Scout Images

Thanks. Liked the idea of it reflecting like it was parked next to the tree. I always like seeing reflections on spheres-distorts it in a cool way

Don't let the Scout become a status symbol; why $60k misses the point of the Revival

I think a fairly decked out model will be $80-85- be it as it may. I think if you lux it out and do the full off-road fit out you will be at $100K pretty easily.

That’s pretty cool. As a designer I have to say the rendering is great

I hear you and it becomes an in person need but having seen them the storage space is awesome. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed

BTW feel free to sneak something out or get a pic of something we haven’t seen. It’s basically down to 12 days of Christmas so maybe grab 13 items and start a 12-days post. Maybe just super close ups of cool things that don’t give things away 😀
