    Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

    How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

    Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

    That would be a great place to do some vehicle testing. Then they have a new slogan to add. "Baja Rated, Baja Tested" or something like that. I like it.

    A lot of the time when a new vehicle is first brought online they limit the trim and option offerings. I would like Scout to give us a generous amount of trim and options and if they find some take rates are low they can cut back. Not the other way around.

    My Lincoln tops out at 140. No I won't be testing this.

    Tee shirts, shorts, beach towel would be way cool. Even some Scout crocs would be great. edit: Some vented Scout ball caps. edit, edit: The crocs in the color of your Scout would be the icing.

    I have never driven an EV using OPD. I am willing to try as long as they get the regen/braking smooth but useful. Everyone tells me it is just like the old golf carts, unfortunately, I am not a golfer; never was. And my wife's fancy golf cart is a two pedal affair. We shall see.

    At the very least please give me more than one interior for my paint or trim selection. You don't need to give ALL interiors, could probably satisfy most with three. Bottom line give us more choices.

    I hate that. When we purchased my wife's pickup we wanted a Lariat to get keyless entry/keyless drive but it only offered one interior and it was leather that was so ugly not even a mother could love. We purchased a loaded XLT with the blue denim interior. She loves it.
