  • From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

So, welcome to the Scout Community! We encourage you to check back regularly as we plan to engage our members, share teasers, and participate in discussions. The world needs Scouts™. Let's get going.

    We are Scout Motors.

Scout's Have a Great Day campaign is live

I bet that was a clip from months before because it came off politician-y but still cool he was in it

The Garage (What did you work on today?)

I have a general rule if it sits for three years with intent to use or fix it then gets donated or sold. We are all hoarders by nature -whether we like it or not 🤣

Option for no tire on back.

Be like the other 45% who just park in their driveways because their garages are filled with “stuff” or used as additional living space. Then your space problem is solved 😀

Scout Traveler and Terra Photo Collections and Wallpapers

I go back and forth. I don’t really need it but for me it’s like 35’s-just looks good but very curious about wind noise especially with a cabana top. If they offer a decent set of rails I may just do that and get an aftermarket set up for my bike-if I get back to riding enough

What is one feature you hope Scout will include that has not yet been shown?

I tell who the older members are-myself included. I miss the flip phone era

    FB find of the day

I thought that was the sun shining through the open cabana on those golden locks

Im more of a 37" tire guy, are we going to need a lift kit or will these squeeze in?

To each there own and that’s the best part of Scout. Being able to individualize them. No need for 35’s but having seen it in person I just think visually I need to do it. Waste of money for me but what the heck. Certainly nothing wrong with 33’s

What is one feature you hope Scout will include that has not yet been shown?

That’s a cool feature. Wish the wireless charger would do that in my Honda so I didn’t have to look for the tiny charging symbol on the screen

He’s OK. He’s sleeping in my garage with the newly done Scouts. Been a little damp here so I think that caused the cough but I put the heater on and gave him an extra blanket. The portobello gray and butter yellow paint jobs look great. Oops-I did it again (call me Brittany)

Apple CarPlay ULTRA for Scout: A Game Changer for Infotainment?

Completely agree on this. On one side we have people wanting phone keys and other side people wanting proprietary systems so then nobody can mesh smoothly and everyone ends up unhappy. Scout is an EV company not a software developer even if that is part of it it’s not their primary business...
