From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.
Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.
How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

Depends on the run. It can handle enough pizza for an entire football or lacrosse team - that I can confirm.
My plan is for grocery trips is to use the frunk. Having seen it in person and sat in it I think it’s going to be plenty big for a lot of my errands.

Remember we will have frunk which may solve a lot of that. The Bronco tailgate was a hassle for things like groceries. But we had the 4 door so groceries went in the back seat
I have no need for the carrier but having seen it with it on I must have it. Love the way it looks even though it’s more hassle than it is worth
Probably not.
I get it. Our Costco is a 3-hour round trip from us, so we sometimes tow a trailer and bring a camping fridge on freezer mode.
I'm used to having the spare mounted directly to the back door with the glass in the door as well. Simple one-step opening, so I suspect all this messing around with glass/hatch, a carrier AND a tailgate will piss me off. Thankfully, I do plan to use the frunk for grocery runs, etc, so that'll help.
I’m used to a Wrangler so honestly I’m not concerned. I would be more upset if I didn’t have it. I love it!
