Happy Holidays and Happy New Year from all of us at Scout!
Right back at you Jamie!
You can, no one is stopping you. But we all should be cognizant that there are many religious celebrations that occur around this time of year.I do wish you could also just say "Merry Christmas".
Well said. This is America - Where we're free to believe whatever we want and practice different religions or no religion. And that freedom was given to us by people of all different religions & beliefs, for which, we should all be very thankful! You can no one is stopping you. But we all should be cognizant that there are many religious celebrations that occur around this time of year.
Happy Holidays to all - no matter what they celebrate!
Why?I do wish you could also just say "Merry Christmas".
Thank you for saying what I was thinkingYou can, no one is stopping you. But we all should be cognizant that there are many religious celebrations that occur around this time of year.
We should all be thankful to have the ability to be considering the purchase of a new vehicle and have the means to connect with this forum community. I’m sure the folks on this forum come from all walks of life. Let’s all enjoy this community and worry less about whether someone said merry Christmas or happy holidays.![]()
Merry Christmas!I do wish you could also just say "Merry Christmas".
So then it will be a Scoutmas in the future when you're making your rounds... (Credit to Tim for his word...)For most of America, Christmas has become more of a secular holiday than a religious one. Being with family has totally eclipsed going to Church. I know this year, when I asked my wife - mass or sleep, she chose sleep. But the alarm went off in the morning and we went to Church anyway (so we did morning rather than midnight). Done midnight many times after a long drive from our family gathering. But this year, we chose morning, before getting back in the car and going to family gathering #3. All in, about 20hrs of driving over 4 trips. Almost spend more of Christmas in the vehicle than anywhere else.
And credit to whoever said EVe as well-I found that appropriateSo then it will be a Scoutmas in the future when you're making your rounds... (Credit to Tim for his word...)
