Scout Traveler and Terra Photo Collections and Wallpapers

  • From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

So, welcome to the Scout Community! We encourage you to check back regularly as we plan to engage our members, share teasers, and participate in discussions. The world needs Scouts™. Let's get going.

    We are Scout Motors.
I like the usefulness of the rack. I’m far more about function than form. I usually have some kind of rack on my trucks. Half the time it’s a home-built deal specific to the needs of the day. I hope the Scout Motors rack comes with t-tracks throughout so its usefulness is only limited by the user’s imagination.

But I think the rack does the Traveler dirty in these images. I think the vehicle looks a lot cleaner without it.
I really like the clean look. At this point I don’t want the rack either.

I must say it is a nice rack. Especially with the integrated front trail lighting and satellite antenna 📡. But I don't need or want a rack.

I really want A pillar lights. Then I don’t have to worry about height and I still get extra lighting.
I have seen a lot of kits for A pillar lighting. I wonder how difficult it will be to get power to pillar lights on the Traveler? Maybe pre-wired? Maybe one of those extra switches can be used as well. That would be sweet.

I go back and forth. I don’t really need it but for me it’s like 35’s-just looks good but very curious about wind noise especially with a cabana top. If they offer a decent set of rails I may just do that and get an aftermarket set up for my bike-if I get back to riding enough

I’m really curious if it whistles. That’s why you see so many Wranglers with the light bar brackets and no light bar. They took it off because it whistles. That’s why I got A pillar lights. No whistle.

Not supposed to do this but here is a sneak peak of the new interior of the traveler. Still need to install seats....

View attachment 8634 GOTCHYA!!! Happy Friday.....:LOL::LOL::LOL::LOL: 67 800 parts truck I am trying to get rid of.

Here are some real Friday pics since I played a cruel joke on you guys/gals. Still of the old version, but some cool pics I took along my adventures.

I still think cabana top has a unique opportunity for a pop top that bolts on in place of the roof rack. Ultimate car camper, and can just rely on battery for climate control (snow, heat, whatever).

Don’t have to have your kitchen inside, could just put it in the frunk and keep the back more open for a sleep setup.

It’s going to be Happy Sunday this week. Stay tuned…
