I have a hard time imagining members who have signed up for and participate in this community not overwhelmingly voting yes for this.

What’s that about railroads? One time, a long time ago ……..And derail threads while we wait for the next morsel lol
I'd give you some kind of award if I could. LOL.What if the configurator had options that were obviously so cartoonishly unrealistic that it was clearly for fun and not meant to be taken too seriously, thus freeing Scout from any sort of legal obligation to actually give any expectation that they were really going to one day provide the things being built? Basically, you’d be making weirdo video game fantasy Scouts, but with some plausibility. That might actually be kind of fun. Like THE BODY IS A VINTAGE SCOUT II AND IT BETTER HAVE MANUAL LOCKERS BUT IT IS ALL ELECTRIC BUT ALSO HAS A 75 GALLON DIESEL TANK AND IT TOWS 100,000,000 POUNDS AND IT HAS A DANA AXLE AND IT’S YELLOW OR GO EFF YOURSELF and so on and so forth.
Ha! I think that’s would be crazy and fun as long as YELLOW is an option. But the right YELLOW not the wrong YELLOW!What if the configurator had options that were obviously so cartoonishly unrealistic that it was clearly for fun and not meant to be taken too seriously, thus freeing Scout from any sort of legal obligation to actually give any expectation that they were really going to one day provide the things being built? Hell yes! When I am bored I play with Builder/Configurator tools on websites like Ford, Chevy, and Rivian.
In order to keep the hype and interest going, it would be awesome to be able to play around with it and experiment with different builds.
Slate has a pretty fun one on their website and they still arent taking orders or providing pricing yet.
Scout could start with some basic things they know are already decided/confirmed and add other things as time goes on.
What do yall think?
Hopefully when they launch the configurator, it doesn't include manual locking hubs.
Pete's sake.
I was wondering what the hell yall were talking about until I saw Thill08s burner account posting about those freaking hubs.So now you managed to drag that conversation into a second thread-com’on man!

Yeah-like the 75 gallon diesel tankScout should absolutely do this so they can get some data on what customers want and help eliminate some options to simplify production.
