I had this on my 2003 SAAB and have missed it on every car since. The first/main sunvisor is normal; it folds down and forward to block sun on the windshield and rotates to the side window to block sun there if necessary. It also slides so it can adjust to where the sun is on the side window. The second sunvisor was above the first and folds down and forward only and only when the the first/ main one is rotated to cover the side window.
This is extremely convenient when you’re on a road that is anything but straight because you don’t have to keep adjusting the visor back and forth between the windshield and side window.
It can’t cost much to put an extra sunvisor in but I loved that little feature. I don’t understand why it isn’t standard.
