Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

    I think Scout has got it right. The default is all electric so no special name needed. If you want to be weird and burn fossils for some reason like a cave man then they have a special "Harvester" version for you. ;) This is the way.

    Heat pumps are the way to go. My EV has a heat pump and it's super efficient and works well in the winter. It does have a resistive PTC heater as a backup for the super cold days but generally the heat pump does most of the heavy lifting. I expect Scout will use a similar heatpump with PTC as a...
