  • From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

So, welcome to the Scout Community! We encourage you to check back regularly as we plan to engage our members, share teasers, and participate in discussions. The world needs Scouts™. Let's get going.

    The "Scoutfather" of Scout Motors

Put them on our dashes instead of the ducks 🤣

Future Model: Scout Sport- Smaller, and more efficient, but still capable.

Agree 💯. You nailed it with your comments

    The "Scoutfather" of Scout Motors

I need to see one with the hat off. His stylish white hair is iconic. 🤣

This feels way better. Nothing jumps out as to why but it feels better. Has a bit of travelall look too. The slightly squared fenders still feel unique and Scout like. In the shadow I like that color too. If that’s the Bronco cyber orange I’m surprisingly liking it

In what movie franchise would you like to see the new Scout make an appearance?

Pretty sweet looking. Always called it cherry cola but yes-that is a great look

Good article and the graphic is very cool

To me maybe a 5% improvements hate to say it but it looks like baby Bronco. I can’t believe I’m saying it but it looks too small. There is something about the travelers proportions that just all feels right.

    Re-think Headlight Design

SE PA was pretty lame this year.

It needs about 12” more. It looks good as 2 door but it looks cute Ute but a little more length and proper upswept window and it looks pretty good. The AI changes just make it look like everything else. Wish it could make it with removable roof 😀

    Heat Pump?

    That’s pretty cool tech

    Re-think Headlight Design

I would think two heat wires running in the lense housing may be enough, not damage the plastic and solve for the mucked up snow covered lense housings. At the rate we are going only the top northern most states will even see snow

Switching Harvester to All EV Model?

Thanks a great point. And done so on a timer. Not like running down, cracking your door open for exhaust and hitting the remote start to run for 10-15 minutes before you leave. That’s a big bonus as little as it may seem

What will be your Scout's Vanity Plate?

Somebody should do CHARGER. Though that might piss off the Mopar fans. Or get a chuckle-not sure which
  15. J Alynn

We own EVs. Ask Us Anything.

I sure hope this feature stays. Great solution to protecting and also having light right where you need it for night charging

Switching Harvester to All EV Model?

There are flying cars available to order. If you have several $100K sitting around. I’m thinking Jetson lifestyle is probably 2044-2028 range-at least at a price point that 15% of the developed world will be able to afford (like luxury level afford-not 4-door compact afford. Hope to see them in...

    Favorite Trader Joe’s product

We have Wegmans our way and I think mid 90’s they were on track to become something similar but slowly morphed into just a premium grocery store. One of their original locations was in Corning NY and it was amazing. In part because of Corning inc which catered to clients from all over the world...

Cool camping pod by Honda. More of a one off per the article and a bit glamour but hey-if Honda can do this in a CRV and package more as a pod it certainly is a great mindset for the traveler

    Love that epiphany moment
