  • From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

So, welcome to the Scout Community! We encourage you to check back regularly as we plan to engage our members, share teasers, and participate in discussions. The world needs Scouts™. Let's get going.

    Scoutsie does Boston, 10/15 & 10/17

Has anyone heard whether Scout is considering regional test-drive events once the vehicles are further along in development? I'd love to see them return to New England, and I think an event like this would draw a pretty good crowd. One thing I forgot to ask the Scout reps at the Boston event...

    BeerParty goes to Boston 2026-10-16

I always tell my wife the reason I don't have wizard powers like Harry Potter is I would definitely be flipping left lane campers out of my way lol.

    BeerParty goes to Boston 2026-10-16

I feel like we as a collective have always been Massholes, but now it's turned into just flipping idiots out there. Like some people forgot rules of the road since the pandemic. Hopefully by the time these vehicles come out it gets better, but yeesh

Second this because it was a blue bmw that soaked me with that roadside puddle. Electronic middle finger would be less jail time than hucking a rock through his back windshield, right? Asking for a friend of course.

Yeah, after some jerk sprayed me with a puddle, I was steamed and basically got out of there before I lost my mind.

Kevin was No, but they were kind enough to take video and pics with my phone. It was really slow around 9 this morning.

I saw them in Cambridge today, they reminded me of a premium Outer Banks. And its a more brownish hue IRL.

They had shammies and kept wiping them dry as the day went along.

    Scout's comin' to Cambridge...Wicked pissah!

Seaport = Southie to me, so I am already angry at Seaport for you. The rain started coming in pretty hard when I was leaving, so sleeping in might have been the smartest choice lol. Hopefully you get to see them later this weekend.

    Scout's comin' to Cambridge...Wicked pissah!

My First Impressions of the Scouts at Head of the Charles Got to see the Scouts in person today, and figured I'd share my initial thoughts. First off, these are just my personal opinions based on what I saw today. I'm the type of person who will point out both the good and the bad, even when...

I'm guessing you must be from Southie with the way you've been coming at an old Eastie kid. And a little drizzle and wind? Come on, that's just another weekend :)

I am excited that Scout is coming to Boston. That's precisely why I'm making arrangements to attend. As a born and raised Townie, complaining about traffic, the T, and the challenges of getting around the city is practically a birthright. I also think some of the humor in my comments, including...

    Scout's comin' to Cambridge...Wicked pissah!

Its a bit frustrating, commuter rail isn't an option for me because Worcester line is going to get there too close for comfort. So it's the Pike or route 2 for me, to hopefully get to alewife in time. Rest of the weekend is a nogo for me due to youth hockey games all.over the place. So this is a...

Give yourself extra time even using the T, it's not always reliable. I recommend downloading the MBTA app and checking for delays and changes to buses.

I completely understand why Scout chose the regatta. It's a great marketing opportunity with 300,000+ spectators. My point was about accessibility and opportunities beyond Boston. And while Boston may be the "Hub of the Universe," Cambridge isn't exactly central to New England. Worcester has a...

I get it, and I'm sure the hours are tied to the regatta. But the T is only convenient if you're already in or around the Boston metro area. Once you get out toward the North/South Shore, or Central/Western Mass, public transportation becomes an adventure in itself. I was born and raised in...

    Scout's comin' to Cambridge...Wicked pissah!

Wicked glad Scout is coming to the Boston area! I've been dying to see the Traveler and Terra in person! But woof, those Friday hours! Whoever planned a 7 a.m. to noon event in Cambridge has either never driven on the Pike, Storrow Drive, or Memorial Drive on a Friday morning, or assumes...
