    Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

    How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

    Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

    Thanks. This makes sense. Almost seems like Scout is looking for one to be built in order to train staff on it-same with the bolts component, like they want modular training areas for training on specific system use?

    Couple more as I was excited to see it. No where near as cool as when I saw the Oscar Meyer weiner mobile broken down along I-95 like 20 years ago. Always wondered how that call went: AAA: what seems to be the issue? Driver: my weiner broke? AAA: shouldn’t you call a doctor? Buh,bump, bump!!!

    I suspect driving modes preset by SM will help whereas a snow mode might be set with a strong front bias than convert quickly to equal as it senses slip. AWD/4WD are great where we get snow but with a 50/50 weight ratio the front wheel bias may get it through more than we think. Assuming you are...

    I think that is the point. iCE vehicles always sound similar so sometimes you naturally tune them out. With a UFO (or angels humming in case of my Accord) is distinct so you think about it for a moment-like what is that?

    Yes. It was a passing comment at Charlotte that some of the colors, if/when they make the cut will likely be 3-stage paint rather than 4-stage so less depth and color changing aspects so-in my mind- that means if PAC Mist makes the cut I would think it would stay bluer looking rather than silver...

    Saw it in person. In the shade it is the perfect color blue/teal and looks amazing. Due to the 4-stage paint in brighter light the silver undertone and flake becomes very prominent and can wash out to almost look silver. It’s a chameleon color and looks great. I just wish it would look blue 100%...
