  • From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

So, welcome to the Scout Community! We encourage you to check back regularly as we plan to engage our members, share teasers, and participate in discussions. The world needs Scouts™. Let's get going.

New Scout Traveler Concept Added - Mountainside Theme

That could work for some green fans. I prefer the seafoam green but unlikely I do green unless silo so hope you all get the perfect shade of green

New Scout Traveler Concept Added - Mountainside Theme

For coastal areas this would be a unique color and suspect there would be a lot of potential buyers

Funny. Intent was really IS. It autocorrected. Don’t mean to sound insulting first thing in the morning 😆

New Scout Traveler Concept Added - Mountainside Theme

It really isn’t. Would be nice to know I could afford to tow a whaler behind my Scout. Thanks for the render

    First meal in your Scout

Generally our cars are spotless. Even my daughter’s. So I’m right there with you. Drinks are OK but like Timmy-all cups are removed when you exit

    Scout Supply Merchandise Live

Saw this t-shirt today and thought-wow-Scout could do the same thing and have some caricature scouts in fall colors, Tahitian, PBY and maybe an orange or the new morning dusk color. Or another shirt with rear angle and caption “tailgate season” with the back tailgate down. Love the merch so far...

What will be your signature scent after new car smell wears off?

Not bad. Primary scent of my shampoo. Never thought about it for my car. I thinks that is a scent that has to be just right or it can overwhelm but now you have me intrigued

What will be your signature scent after new car smell wears off?

I’ve used Yankee candle (just opened wrapper and left under seat) and to me is smells nearly identical to new car smell-with a hint of leather. Not sure if they still make the cardboard one but they offer a car unit

What will be your signature scent after new car smell wears off?

Will you go traditional pine tree or something soothing or fancy. Tell us your go to scent

    First meal in your Scout

That’s kind of how I feel too but I’ll cave at some point-but I’ll try to wait as long as you. I’m impressed you’ve named your scout already. Still thinking about it

    Scout "Base" by LastDayScout

Looks great. Love the rear appliqué-almost enough to lose the tire carrier. And the brushed metal interior looks really good. Lot of it but I like it a lot

    First meal in your Scout

Love a good shrimp burger. Had several in Beaufort years ago-presume those places still exist

    First meal in your Scout

I try my best not too. Always wonder how everyone eats Buccee’s bbq brisket in their cars. Would never be able to do that. Guess I’d have to sit in on the hood then get a touchless car wash after

    First meal in your Scout

We had an A&W not far from us-nothing better than cold draught root beer. But like so many things it has gone away. Just north of Harrisburg along the Susquehanna River is a place called the Red Rabbit-haven’t been for years but think I would like to make that my first dine-in experience when I...
