  • From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

So, welcome to the Scout Community! We encourage you to check back regularly as we plan to engage our members, share teasers, and participate in discussions. The world needs Scouts™. Let's get going.

New Scout Traveler Concept Added - Mountainside Theme

Have no fear. When the Chinese lantern flies reach your state they will wipe those all out. It is their favorite and they DESTROY them

Had a Bronco. This feels SO MUCH roomier especially with the open hole in roof. Obviously not topless like Bronco can do but it is very spacious

99% chance of not. I was lucky in NYC because they had a lull with onlookers but if any more than 3 or 4 people are around it’s a definite no. I suspect Aspen will be very busy. But getting up close is still amazing and give a whole different point of view for the vehicles

Not sure that will be the case. Presuming they build based on reservation order than what combos they build based on available parts will likely dictate the delivery times

Depending on how fast they ramp up and number of conversions it may be that time frame but use that time to see all the first round vehicles and see which colors and combos you like best

    Carplay unconfirmed?!

Completely agree. I see both sides but as a CarPlay user I feel it’s essential

What is one feature you hope Scout will include that has not yet been shown?

Always think of Toy Story and the potatoes putting on the angry eyes 🤣🤣🤣

What is one feature you hope Scout will include that has not yet been shown?

I think it would be a cool idea. Better SM design it than Gordon’s house of grills (insert metal teeth pic here)

I’m sure AI can cover the basics over this 3-day weekend

If they are training to that extent I might consider buying a Chinese EV. I can draw it, and I can envision it but if stranded on an island with only a laptop-I’m screwed

Someone did that to my boss but also reset his mouse click so that it would restart his computer. Funny AF

Bonus. Forgot about that. I gave up looking-they already hired the architects but I’d love to be a brand ambassador for PA and/or tri state area

New Scout Traveler Concept Added - Mountainside Theme

Probably not. I like the unique look. Not to mention those cladding parts when painted always have a slightly different texture which catches the light and makes it look different. Only way would be smooth plastic or aluminum paintable panels and that adds more cost and inventory and even the...
