  • From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

So, welcome to the Scout Community! We encourage you to check back regularly as we plan to engage our members, share teasers, and participate in discussions. The world needs Scouts™. Let's get going.

    We are Scout Motors.

Scout Concepts are coming home April 18-20, 2026

Haven't seen it in person, but even if Silo Green was the only green on offer, I'd still likely go with it. You want PBY and I want my green truck!

New Traveler Color Concept - Satin White Traveler

That would be seriously cool. The Harvester emblem is one of the cooler automotive signatures I've seen in a long time, honestly. It could even just be the combine part of it and that'd be pretty cool.

New Traveler Color Concept - Satin White Traveler

I agree they do look very bright here, but I'm not opposed to that. Makes the side of the vehicle more visible to other motorists in the dark. I agree too, I noticed the Harvester location was very well lit. Had to be intentional.

New Traveler Color Concept - Satin White Traveler

I like it! The lighting is great in this photo, and I really like the color of the lights here. I don't know why, but it just looks different from previous photos I've seen. Also the lights in the door handles. I don't think I've noticed that before, either.

    Dreaming Up A Terra Camper

Welcome, and really nicely done. I really like it overall and the “factory” look to it. If I could give one gentle criticism, I think the bottom of the window starting where the kink of the door leaves off would maybe look better. It’s a tad odd having the window basically drop back down after...

    Extra, Extra....Read All About It!

Yea, I think it's odd for sure. I did note recently and hadn't noticed it until the recent teaser images came out, but Nissan has been doing the 3 slots/lights at the top of the grill for a while now. The Frontier and Armada both have them. I believe the Pathfinder has them as well. So kinda...

    Extra, Extra....Read All About It!

I actually kinda dig it. It wouldn't age well if it looks like that in the end, but it's funky and different right now.

Actual delay official and order of deliveries confirmed?

The risk is real on 2 wheels... but damn do I ever love it. A convertible just isn't the same, but it's still fun too.

Actual delay official and order of deliveries confirmed?

I mentioned this to her and she reminded me she had a teenage girl that worked for her that drove a new Bronco. Wild choices these parents are making, I swear.

Actual delay official and order of deliveries confirmed?

I'm in the south Houston area, and my wife works a job where there's a lot of traffic from Moms and older teen girls. It seems Broncos are the de-facto choice for these girls I swear.

J, you're not the only one.

Actual delay official and order of deliveries confirmed?

Me too, I’m thinking they will. At least hoping the will.

Actual delay official and order of deliveries confirmed?

If it’s not going to be able to do as much as the BEV then I guess that’s the trade-off for the longer distances, but half the towing just immediately stuck out to me as no-go. They’d see those reservation numbers mostly disappear rather than convert I think. I think I would go ahead and...

Actual delay official and order of deliveries confirmed?

My point was more that, even if that was the current working number they absolutely had to know that wasn’t going to fly. I don’t want a full-size truck that can barely tow more than a compact Maverick. Nobody wants that. Regardless of it being designed as more of an off-road rig most of these...

Actual delay official and order of deliveries confirmed?

When the Jay Leno interview came out with the 5k towing number, I pretty much immediately called BS. There was just zero way in my mind that they would release a full-size truck with such poor towing numbers. They know they have to be competitive.

    FB find of the day

Kia would sell these easily with the right specifications, especially compared to the Tasman. Oof

    FB find of the day

I don’t think there’s been anything said for sure one way or the other. I would guess if they did eliminate any part of that design element it would only be the light bars going across on the lower spec models. I’d bet it stays on higher end ones.

    FB find of the day

Knowing the overall opening of the frunk, width, height would be great! I know I have an idea of how I want to utilize that space, but don’t know if it can technically be done as-is. I assume for the most part the overall area will remain mostly unchanged into production.

    Key Fob question

Didn’t even get to lose them in a fun way. One time I lost a truck key fob while riding a roller-coaster. Learned my lesson that day to clear my pockets as they recommend.
