    Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

    How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

    Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

    Heads up display

    Saw that video and dont' aggree with them. The center screen is actually the danger, people looking at it instead of the road. If you have had a HUD its very hard (maybe impossible) to buy a car with out it.

    I'd like a net to hold groceries from flying all over the frunk. Have some tie downs on back wall to attach said net too, and hold bags etc. too the back wall. the net can store on Frunk lid when not in use or something. I think that is main way frunk will get used by us. For getting...

    I'm looking at this as a retirement vehicle for long trips. Mostly from S Utah to Vegas which is about 2 hours. I'd like to make that trip and back on 1 charge.

    IMO Heads up Display is the best safety feature as it keeps the drivers eyes on the road and not looking sideways to the center screen. Apple car play is a must for my wife so she can play various apps and use cars sound while I drive. I like ability to lock lockers on trail unlike most...

    Lower Center Storage area

    I'd like to see a net added to the lower center storage area so that my wife can put her purse there and the net will hold it in place instead of rolling into the driver area. Other items could be stored here in same manner.

    Accessory Partners

    If you look at the new Landcruiser and Lexus models they parntered with ARB and other name brand accessory manufactures so buyers can purchase these products as part of the vehicle loan etc. I think this is a good idea and Scout should look into it as well.

    Back seat doors 90°

    My wife's main complaint on my Bronco is that its hard to get in and out. She doesn't complain about Raptor, both same height so I think its the tight opening that she really complaining about. I'm 6'2" with long legs so knee room is bad for me. I'd like to see Scout better in both areas...

    And cooled, some Jeep or Ram product that a cooler hold years ago, I didn't own it but thought it sounded cool. It had like a stainless steel looking bottom that could heat or cool and used red or blue to indicate which one.

    The glass roof MUST have some sort of shade or you can't sell it in AZ, NV, CA etc. where it gets 115 to 120 in Summer.

    Awesome news and thanks for attending CES. I would want to get the sat WIFI, extra gas can and roof rack. For gas can can we get a lock cap? and possible to get 2 cans on there? What capacity was this can? Can we get WIFI sat option without roof rack? Will roof rack work on all 3 roof types...

    I think they will do repairs like Rivian? So a mobile reapair van will come or a tow truck if major?

    Diesal generators are nice but its easier to find gas in middle of nowhere.

    More would be nice, but everything involves trade offs. They have to give up some battery space/weight to put a gas tank and engine. I was thinking that by 2027 EV's would be getting around 1,000 miles? We'll see, I know China is one pushing this market.

    Will Scout be at any Car shows in Jan/Feb? There is a Silicon Valley show in Feb in Santa Clara, could Scout be there?
