  • From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

So, welcome to the Scout Community! We encourage you to check back regularly as we plan to engage our members, share teasers, and participate in discussions. The world needs Scouts™. Let's get going.

    Offering diesel

That was more or less stated at the reveal event. Diesel is a no go with VWAG

Scout Concepts in Scottsdale, Arizona, April 25, 2026

Wasn’t implying in the car but fair point. As for Agent K I think a take down is in their future 🤣. I mentioned snickers because I was told by a certain someone that CP1 likes snickers. Perhaps he takes bribes and we need a thread for what the highest rated treats are? I’m not suggesting...

And bring a snickers bar or chocolate treat. Treats on an 8 hour public event day plus all the other nonsense goes a long way. And if not- I’ll say sir-you were a delight to talk to in NYC, as was Agent K and it goes both ways-you engaging us makes me show even more respect.

What is one feature you hope Scout will include that has not yet been shown?

Well might as well find another forum because 350 it on BEV. Number has been the same for years, won’t be changing anytime soon. Keep checking out the forum but if that kind of range is what you NEED you will be sad very quickly Welcome BTW

    Front Trunk Bench Seat

And in a pinch pack your least favorite kid when they are bickering in the back row and you need to separate them

    Higher Range

Keeping up with that competition also means a significantly higher price point 😢

We own EVs. Ask Us Anything.

@cyu I was thinking of a family jewels joke but realized that would be inappropriate. Same boat but I always appreciate Space educating us. I’m thinking @cyure is probably just mumbling math, math, math….. 😀

oddly to me it looks like a mini ford expedition. I see a little Jeep but other than that color I think it’s a pretty good looking SUV. Was the one you saw urban or off roading

Based on the misproportioned headlights I can see why many haven’t heard of them

Poll: Would you use a Scout configurator tool if pricing and details are not finalized yet?

Until they have several 100 pre-production I doubt the general public will be allowed to drive them but boy I’d be thrilled if they did

    Battleborn Binders (Reno Nevada)

Those old land cruisers are awesome. Had a college friend that had one. One of my favorites-his was early 70’s but don’t recall what year it was Welcome to the forum-it will feel completely modern compared to yours but it’s a good change 😀
