  • From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

So, welcome to the Scout Community! We encourage you to check back regularly as we plan to engage our members, share teasers, and participate in discussions. The world needs Scouts™. Let's get going.

What is one feature you hope Scout will include that has not yet been shown?

But at the same time, HUD is a but lazy on the driver no? If you can’t feel 35-80mph then just get off the road.

Scout Concepts going to IH Scout & Truck Nationals June 13-15, Springfield, Ohio

Are we gonna start to see more show dates popping up in the future?

What is one feature you hope Scout will include that has not yet been shown?

It will probably be standard, I would like to see it as an option, since I’ve heard from customers that they get headaches from them in the loaners.
  5. THil08

What kind of tech do you expect enabled in the car or interface?

Make it a bit more for the modern and for it to look nice in the Scout as an accessory or something. Only because some might not want it.

Speculation Alert - possible Harvester Engine Choices

Believe or not… Scott doesn’t want to say this to the public so I will. Lol. The Contract Scout signed a few weeks ago was with Navistar Now rebranded back to International, in the contract it was to recommission and to start to make a revised version on the Comanche with 21 century technology...

Speculation Alert - possible Harvester Engine Choices

That would be legendary if its a Ducati engine. And one thing that Motorcycles especially Ducatis are good at is holding RPM.
  8. THil08

    Built-in hydraulic or electric jacks

Even a heavy duty hydraulic bottle jack which I sure the Scouts will probably come with from factory.
  9. THil08

    Puddle light projection design

Might need a redesign since thats not even close to what the Scout front profile look like, thats a LandCruiser or Bronco i think lol.

Harvester generator gas and not diesel

    Both with and without.
  13. THil08

    Built-in hydraulic or electric jacks

I would rather a off-road jack/farm jack they are the safest.

    Door lock keypad

Huh, who would have thought about that for titanium rings. So maybe a silicone and aluminum ring then.
  15. THil08

    Door lock keypad

That would be sick for scout to do. Maybe a titanium or brushed aluminum ring. One for men and a thinner styled one for women.
  16. THil08

Harvester generator gas and not diesel

One of the truest statements in the world. I do to, since i don’t want to smell that stench that comes out of them.
  17. THil08

    Door lock keypad

I would rather an activity band with a proximity sensor to unlock my scout.
  18. THil08

Harvester generator gas and not diesel

Seems we have a bunch of EV haters here.
  19. THil08

Harvester generator gas and not diesel

Well my sources from work and other sources say 1.5 years.
  20. THil08

Harvester generator gas and not diesel

An EV is completely clean in around 1.5 years after production. A gas or diesel is never clean. Also same for hybrids they are cleaner than gas. And EVs don’t create much waste besides the chassis and interior. Most of the electrical components are recycled to make new ones. There for “You’re...
