  • From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

So, welcome to the Scout Community! We encourage you to check back regularly as we plan to engage our members, share teasers, and participate in discussions. The world needs Scouts™. Let's get going.

    We are Scout Motors.

Don't let the Scout become a status symbol; why $60k misses the point of the Revival

That’s going to be my problem. I already know it.

I’m hoping it’s like a Wrangler that way and you can change and add things throughout your years of ownership.

Don't let the Scout become a status symbol; why $60k misses the point of the Revival

I agree. And I hate it when you pick a package and then pick another package and it says you have to delete the first package.

Don't let the Scout become a status symbol; why $60k misses the point of the Revival

For that price range i hope it has a lot of “standard features” so it feels like a $60,000 vehicle. You dont feel you have to add tons of stuff if you dont want to. If that makes any sense.

Same. I couldn’t do it. These events only work when we are together because I would never take that many pictures!

Don't let the Scout become a status symbol; why $60k misses the point of the Revival

Winches and 37s add up quick I’m sure. I’m not doing any of that so I’m thinking it’s going to be closer to the $70 to $75. My main adds will be glass roof and leather interior. Things like that that add up as well, but not like some of the off road rigs you see.

Poll- What have you Reserved... Let's get a small idea of the take rates.

I just saw it yesterday and I’m ready to see it again. I’m going to be insufferable when I actually have one of my very own. Ha!

    CYURE GOES TO CHICAGO 12/10/2025

Oh I have so so many pictures. So settle in. I think this is going to be a Nats situation where I am posting for weeks. To be honest, I was not expecting that. I was thinking oh just new color, wheels and the backpack. But no it was such a different feel. Nats was busy, so many more...

    CYURE GOES TO CHICAGO 12/10/2025

Good morning! I still can’t believe that all happened yesterday! All I can say is if the concepts are within driving distance, go! And can I just say I love this compass and it’s a requirement that my Traveler have one!

You are thinking the same way I am. That $60 base means $10 or more in options that I want to add. When I went and saw the Traveler yesterday someone asked one of the SM team members about price. They asked if it started at $100 he informed them no it starts at $60. He also did say that...

I still can’t believe I saw the Traveler again! It all came together so fast. Not a Scout picture but we saw this on the way home. We have been having all these discussions on here about where the spare goes in the Scouts. A Cybertruck owners solution. Doesn’t this defeat the purpose...

Same.. Once you see them it’s easiest to get a handle on how much you can throw in the back. Being so wide also adds to the storage. I still can’t believe I got to see them yesterday! It feels like a dream.
