  • From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

So, welcome to the Scout Community! We encourage you to check back regularly as we plan to engage our members, share teasers, and participate in discussions. The world needs Scouts™. Let's get going.

    We are Scout Motors.

Luxury features I would like to See

Kinda hoping they Keep Scout more blue collar. Beer and fire pit. Riven white collar. Country club I think corporate may also try to keep separate if too close it could ultimately hurt sales for both then it would end up only one can survive.

    Snow load

I have no experience with Cabana tops. I have soft top on wrangler but hard top goes on in winter. My question is: Is there a snow load rating on the cabana top?

    Off-topic stuff…

Fully respect that I’ve had a lot of friends stop. I live outside NYC on Long Island and with the sheer population of drivers that can’t wait to text riding has become very defensive. I love early morning rides. Leave between 5-6am on weekends. Quieter streets.

    Audio system

If they stick with US manufacturers I vote McIntosh for premium audio. Not a lot of companies in the states that manufacture their car audio in US that could handle demand. Curious which way this goes. 🎶

WiFi and Bluetooth disconnect (airplane mode)

I don’t know how essential they really are I can take an electric motor and make it variable and electric vehicles existed long before RF tech and WiFi. Plus our phones can be set for accident alerts. I agree on being able to turn it all off. I turn off my phone sometimes on long drives to...

What is one feature you hope Scout will include that has not yet been shown?

Okay correction not “sounds like”. I hope it doesn’t Feel like it’s straining

What is one feature you hope Scout will include that has not yet been shown?

Top speed of 120ish on Scout I think is acceptable. It’s not really a vehicle you’re going to bring to the track. I just hope it doesn’t sound or feel like it’s struggling at 80. Have you hit 155 off track? For more than seeing if it could 😊

    Travelall 3 Row

Either, if it’s a Travelall still make optional. My kids are grown no need for 3rd row but would I appreciate the larger more storage for traveling without having to remove and store a seat that never gets used. heck yeah.

    Limited tech integration

Yes Indian Sorry about rant just to many close calls lately. Just reading through to many post of more things linked from phone to truck even when stopped. Give me a key yes a key and let me drive. For a laugh I’m a home integrator by trade it’s my job to make things easier and work together...

    Limited tech integration

Music, phone, Maps and hands free texting great. No Social Media, No video streams. We have enough distracted drivers. I ride motorcycle (Scout by the way😀). How many people on this have drifted out of lane or had small accidents due to not being able to put the phone down. Now think what if...
