  • From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

So, welcome to the Scout Community! We encourage you to check back regularly as we plan to engage our members, share teasers, and participate in discussions. The world needs Scouts™. Let's get going.

    We are Scout Motors.

    Extra, Extra....Read All About It!

I don’t know if this picture has been shared here yet but I saw someone post this on X/twitter and the white with the black roof looks really good though I still prefer yellow if it gets offered though the spec is definitely in the running as when I would consider

Can Hyundai maybe make the production version of the N74 concept instead of doing basically everything else possible?

    An Appreciation Post for Jamie

There is forums for Jeep Wranglers and Toyota Tundras but neither have people actually from the company on the forums. Actually No Jeep Wrangler Owner, close though😁

    An Appreciation Post for Jamie

That is clearly a comment from someone who doesn’t own or never owned a 6 cylinder off-road vehicle, since they never have experienced the joy of losing to a base Toyota Corolla in a race to get on the on ramp

Scout Terra Debuts in New Silo Color and Retheme

Well guess I know what rims and interior I am optioning on my Traveller (as long it is offered on the Traveller also) though just those rims with 35 inch all terrains would be perfect, color is good just not my cup of tea, I am on team yellow (orange if yellow isn’t offered as an exterior color...

Well if there can be no corrosion with in the first year of ownership they have already beaten Jeep 😁

I just don’t see it being worth Cupra coming to the US, I just don’t think it is needed the only thing is maybe it could sit between VW and Audi but I just don’t think that is a big enough gap to justify bringing a whole new brand to the US. Since I don’t know what else would be done with it

Poll: What Tires Do You Want To See On Your Scout?

Nitto Recon Grapplers would be a nice option also, but I like the look of the Ridge grapplers a little better but they are more aggressive then the Recons which may mean the ridges will get a little worse MPG then the Recons. Though, the K03s with white lettering would also look good since they...

They should change the seven year warranty to be powertrain warranty, not “electric drivetrain” warranty because it looks like it’s phrased like that so it doesn’t include your harvester engine if you get that as an option I guess, where other brands powertrain warranties for hybrids do include...

It may benefit Scout depending on how many components they do end up getting from Rivian, like electric motors etc but this stuff can change on a moment's notice so we will have to wait and see. Also just looking through it is they mention they want to build more models in the US and they have...

Scout Traveler SUV Green Off-Road Concept

Still prefer the orange since I prefer brighter colors but love the bumper. Also, I do really like the rims and tires.

I am in Florida so I don’t have snow or salt and I first had that issue after a year of owning it, but hopefully the scout doesn’t have any of these issues

My doors are good it is the outside paint on the hinges themself and on the door is bubbling is the problem , I think it is a JL specific problem where the JKs don’t have this issue. Because only the JLs have Aluminum doors and steel door hinges because Jeep was trying to make it weight less...

Yeah, that’s probably for the best i’m not really doing too much either just anything that might be necessary, maintenance, etc. not any extra mods until the Scout comes out though I might get Door hinge covers because I’m getting corrosion on and around the door hinges again and that’s why I...

Also, just so you know so far , knock on wood I drive a lot on the highway I have only gotten a puncture once because for some reason, there was a 7 inch long sheared bolt with a diameter of 1/2 inch that punctured it but usually I get lucky and Nails get stuck in the treads and you can just...

If you want 35 you should be fine. You just have to make sure they clear. I think they do because I think 35s are the max you can put on without needing a lift.

Nice Jeep too looks good. I like the bronze wheels. I think the black and bronze combo looks good. Also, the only reason my Jeep is lifted is because it came from the dealer like that it was a demo. So the whole lift kit and stuff was warranted, though my Jeep they never offered a lifetime...
