CYURE GOES TO CHICAGO 12/10/2025

  • From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

So, welcome to the Scout Community! We encourage you to check back regularly as we plan to engage our members, share teasers, and participate in discussions. The world needs Scouts™. Let's get going.

    We are Scout Motors.
Something like a compass rose with the center cut out for the Scout “S” then it wouldn’t need to show actual cardinal directions, but if a working compass having the “S” in the place so south would also work, but I image a working compass puddle light would cost a pretty penny
I actually wasn’t thinking it would work. More like a logo.

If I couldn’t get the metallic yellow, I’d have a hard time choosing between Pacific Mist, the metallic orange, and the deep red metallic. I like the peach (it would have to be metallic) rendering you did for me earlier too. And I have names for them as well.

Pacific Mist = BABE
Metallic orange = CRUSH
Deep metallic red = RAGE II (personal reference back to my red ‘60 CJ-5. “The Red Rage”)
Peach = Peachy, for the moment. Need a better one though.
Peach = Bowser’s Crush

Oh I love the console. It’s so pretty.

The way it’s divided so we think each side opens or does the whole thing open.

It would be kinda cool if you could open either side and then there was a button to open the whole thing. That way if the driver is resting their arm the passenger can still get in to their side.

Mercedes does a split opening console.

But I would rather it have less parts that would be susceptible to breaking.

If it was that all the time I would be on my short list.
Would be my first choice even over PBY
Okay if they do have solid interiors. All black, all tan, etc this would be a fun way to get some heritage plaid without having it be so prominent.

i hope they beef up those straps or make the bottom molded holder area deeper because I’m thinking one good bump and whatever is in there is all over the floor of the vehicle. I love the straps I just worry how functional they will be for daily use

When I was in Chicago I heard one of the Scout team members mention something about cup holders for the back and motion towards the doors. Is that maybe one of the changes and that’s going to be the cup holder area? There aren’t any cup holders on the floor for the back seat.

I hope if they add cupholders to the doors that the (water level) straps remain, however, door based cupholders I’ve always found to be a nightmare with passengers, either forgetting their drinks or increasing the likelihood of a spill.

I could be all wrong. Honestly I don’t know where they are. They aren’t on the floor like my Wrangler. Unless they are going to have a fold down console with cup holders. Maybe?

Anyone know for sure?

Any and everything is liable to change with the concept model models they could be centerfold they could be in the door. They’re just not implemented within these current concept models. It’s also possible they’re mounted on the floor and slid underneath the center of the rear seats so that way the center seat could be more comfortable for if anyone needs to sit there. That’s far more unlikely, but we just have to wait for the production models to know for sure.

I figured the center 20 section of seats would fold down and have cup holders there on the back side like most SUV’s? All the fun details for them to wrap up

Pop out from rear side of front center console would be cool but then bench seat option would require a separate application so probably a no go. But Audi used to (and may still) had pop out passenger holder from dash. Wasn’t the greatest but it worked
