My mistake was not getting kitty sleeping pills. Our plan was to alternate drivers however the orange cat, Chief, spoiled that plan. He yowled for 12 hours straight till he lost his voice. We tried out of the crate, in the crate, took him out on a leash at a rest stop at midnight. Didn’t matter. I told my husband never again.I’ve got a Baltimore -> Rockies move coming next year with just two cats…I thought the 11 hours up here from Georgia was rough, I feel for you!
Mine both got quiet after an hour or so, but had to be out of their crates otherwise it was non-stop.My mistake was not getting kitty sleeping pills. Having had 0-60 in 3 seconds for 2 years, I am in no need of the Tri. I will likely wait to see what the specs are and what the cost trade-offs would be. In other words, I don't know...Are you getting an R2 with the most range or the Tri?

Next time? DRUGS
I think the drugs were ment for the cat.
I'm very glad you enjoy it. I'm about to be 66 and have been wanting to take a second night to travel, 3 days, when driving to a coast. I have a sister on Cape Cod and my daughter near the Pacific in WA. I WANT to slow down and BEV would force the issue. But I'm too 'driven'...I can't seem to stop. Always in a hurry to come home to visit the grandpunks, 4, 5, 8, and 11. They grow sooooo fast. My wife hates to miss a day never mind 2 weeks.Driving for 10 hours straight anywhere (in any vehicle) sounds like my definition of hell on earth...
But then I do have a hard time sitting still for any length of time let alone for 750 miles. I'm pretty happy that EV truck ownership has allowed me to be a bit more "chill" on longer road trips and I tend to enjoy the stop-charge-stretch-eat type routine that I have gotten into over the last few years. I also arrive felling much more refreshed this way, which I consider to be a big benefit.
And the other thread we are talking about migraines which I may end up with if I look at that image any moreI think the drugs were ment for the cat.
Probably also better for our health to stop and take care of ourselves.Driving for 10 hours straight anywhere (in any vehicle) sounds like my definition of hell on earth...
