  • From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

So, welcome to the Scout Community! We encourage you to check back regularly as we plan to engage our members, share teasers, and participate in discussions. The world needs Scouts™. Let's get going.

    We are Scout Motors.
As long as it’s not drastic changes, I can support it. There are something’s that I have seen on the concept in pictures that I’m like that won’t make it to production.
Sounds like a new thread “what do we think will get the axe for production and should we beg Scout to keep it”

The small Scout Script on the inside of the handle and on the side of the mirrors I can see being removed. Everything else seems sensible to stay. And everything in the interior seems like it could make it to production. But maybe remove the backlight from the imprint on the inside of the handle and just keep the imprint, that could possibly work for production.

The valve stem on the inner barrel of the rim won’t make it to production lol. That would need to be moved.

But let’s remember 80%Real 20%Fake according to Scott.

Now according to my boy The Benj, its more like 85-90%Real 15-10%Fake is what he mentioned on a podcast.

@Jamie@ScoutMotors I’m guessing as we get closer to production we will get to see the real Scouts?

I think you are spot on. Obviously there will need to be side reflectors and signal lights-would love to see the white lights stay and bulbs be colored so it just looks white. Like the older BMW’s and Saabs when you could get the all “white/clear” lenses covers. Always liked that! I still hope the hood top tie downs/trail guides make it through. Such a great detail. Like them on the Bronco’s too

Happy Friday guys and gals. Yes Jamie is spring breaking with his family. I'm sure he will burnt to a crisp when he returns.
In regard to marker lights..... Yes, they need to exist. We didn't cover them on the Show vehicles. We have models that show the placement and believe me they look sweet.

Heading to Denver Sunday morning. Traveler is heading back from California to Michigan with a stop in Colorado.

Where might you ask??? Let's see if everyone can figure out the location....
