  • From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

So, welcome to the Scout Community! We encourage you to check back regularly as we plan to engage our members, share teasers, and participate in discussions. The world needs Scouts™. Let's get going.

    We are Scout Motors.

    First meal in your Scout

Nobody eats in The Scout (Cody) for at least a year. Then maybe I will allow a small Dunkies coffee. Maybe.

How would you build your Scout?

For me it's the crappy weather in the Worcester Hills. We can get slammed with so much snow it can be difficult to get out of my driveway. With my job, I can't always just wait for the plow guy. Same for the roads around us, even driving carefully, you can quickly end up in a ditch along some of...

How would you build your Scout?

I just started messing around with Gemini, but I love this post, so wanted to give what I would love to see. Current DD my 21 Bronco OBX Sasquatch "Last Batch" and I love it, would love to grab the Traveler EREV equivalent. Scout Traveler EREV Harvester: Spec Sheet Comparison Off-Road...

New Scout Traveler Concept Added - Mountainside Theme

Don't get me wrong, all of the concepts have looked amazing, and I am super excited to see one in person and purchase one. Buuuuuuut, does anyone else feel like the colors have been beautiful, but a bit...tame? I would love to some wilder, or brighter colors for us bolder colored vehicle folk...

    CYURE GOES TO SC!! 8/22/2026

Have had wranglers and current new gen bronco. Leaks and rust are badges of honor. Means you loved and used your vehicle as it should be. After that first open cab downpour, what's a cuppa too tree drips? Wonder if the traveler will have any water resistance too. Especially with Cabana top...

    CYURE GOES TO SC!! 8/22/2026

Plug the holes with the bolts, screws, washers, whatever once the rack is off. I would imagine the bolts will be hidden under snap-on plastic covers or trim pieces. Just wondering if the plan is to let us make these things as modular as a Bronco or Jeep. Sucks to get stuck with something you end...

    CYURE GOES TO SC!! 8/22/2026

Does anyone happen to know if the roof rack will be easily removable once w| get it home, or once the rack is installed, it is there forever? Also Scout, just come to Boston/Worcester so we can see this thing live 😃

    CYURE GOES TO SC!! 8/22/2026

Never said I don't like the color. Asked Because there have been a lot of different colors and wraps, and not sure which they are thinking of making production and which are just tryouts for future (not 2028) color options.

Understanding it is a wrap. What colors were they calling the wrap and the roof? Any updates on realistic color palettes?

    Carplay unconfirmed?!

I like having both, sometimes there are apps on my phone not available on my Bronco. But, with no phone, Sync, the Ford UI, works fine with SXM and connectivity nav. So would like at least AA as an option for my Travelster Reaper
