CYURE GOES TO CHICAGO 12/10/2025

  • From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

Scout is all about respect. We respect our heritage. We respect the land and outdoors. We respect each other. Every person should feel safe, included, and welcomed in the Scout Community. Being kind and courteous to the other forum members is non-negotiable. Friendly debates are welcomed and often produce great outcomes, but we don't want things to get too rowdy. Please take a moment to consider what you post, especially if you think it may insult others. We'll do our best to encourage friendly discourse and to keep the discussions flowing.

So, welcome to the Scout Community! We encourage you to check back regularly as we plan to engage our members, share teasers, and participate in discussions. The world needs Scouts™. Let's get going.

    We are Scout Motors.
Of the 3 I have seen my ranking is:

1. Tahitian Red
2. Pacific Mist

Heck no never - that matte blue that was on the Terra originally. I would never get a matte painted car. I think they are beautiful but not to own and take care of.

I realized seeing Pacific Mist in person that I really need to see them in person because they look so different than in pictures. So Silo I would need to see to rank it.
If I couldn’t get the metallic yellow, I’d have a hard time choosing between Pacific Mist, the metallic orange, and the deep red metallic. I like the peach (it would have to be metallic) rendering you did for me earlier too. And I have names for them as well.

Pacific Mist = BABE
Metallic orange = CRUSH
Deep metallic red = RAGE II (personal reference back to my red ‘60 CJ-5. “The Red Rage”)
Peach = Peachy, for the moment. Need a better one though.

Or hear me out, do something different with the white and black. Cherry cola, cream instead of white white. Throw some flake in there. Something like that.
Cherry cola? As in a black with undertones of red flake? That could be stunning if done right, and a bit of a chameleon like the Pacific color. Black in some light, dark cherry in other light.

They should bring back whitecap white. Kinda looks like my F150s Wimbledon White

Been saying that all along. Lexus offers Cavair -no black and their silver isn’t silver but more platinum (forget the paint color) and then they have one of the nicest pearl whites you can find on new cars. Even grey can have an undertone of lavender or blue or green to set it apart but still think of it as gray

I’ve seen this on a few cars and it looks good. Also seen a bronze brown metallic flake on black and it looks really good too. Anything but straight black

Good morning and happy Saturday! We are under a severe winter storm warning with about 5 inches of snow on the way. If anyone else is getting bad weather today stay safe.

I wanted to say something real quick about Pacific Mist. It’s a gorgeous color. It’s just not my color. I’m just pointing out what it does in different lights and angles.

This next picture shows how the color can change from blue to green.

It’s blue on the left and gets progressively more green as you move to the right.

I love this grill so much. It’s just art.

you heard the man @Jamie@ScoutMotors ! Please let me know if they come out to RTP EPA campus for dynamometer testing!
No Fair! Why should Region 4 have all the fun! :ROFLMAO:

Please bring it out to the western PA area sometime! Better yet roll it out at the start of a WVU football game with Brad Paisley in the bed of the Terra singing the national anthem?!...

They look very cool. But, I must admit I have never driven a vehicle with one. Is it odd when low speed maneuvering and the wheel is slip centering through your hand?
I agree with you, as someone that will loosen my grip through\after a turn and just let the wheel straighten out, before gripping down again it looks like have to learn a new way to drive. These shapes also look like they would lend themselves really nicely to drive-by-wire (with four wheel steering) but that’s probably just day dreaming
